By accessing or using the VocalGrid website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
VocalGrid provides custom voice AI agent solutions for businesses, including but not limited to inbound call handling, outbound prospecting, database reactivation, speed-to-lead automation, welcome and confirmation calls, and call screening and routing. Services are provided on a per-project or ongoing basis as agreed upon between VocalGrid and the client.
Payment terms, pricing, and billing schedules will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to each client. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
All technology, software, scripts, workflows, and configurations developed by VocalGrid remain the intellectual property of VocalGrid unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients retain ownership of their own data and content.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, call data, campaign performance metrics, and technical configurations.
VocalGrid provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, call volumes, conversion rates, or revenue generation. VocalGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, VocalGrid will cease all services and the client will be responsible for any outstanding fees.
VocalGrid reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
